Rawlins-Carbon County Chamber Member
1. Business referrals of Chamber members are given everyday for those that inquire by telephone, email, or walk-in.
2. Visitor and relocation packages are mailed out upon request. Chamber member information is sent to these perspective customers.
3. Visibility on the Chamber website’s Member Directory. Your business listing includes business name and contact information. Your email address and webpage are hyper-linked for easy access.
4. Web banner advertising is available on the homepage of the Chamber website for $100/month, two month contract maximum, upon availability. Additional web banner advertising is available on any other Chamber web page of your choice for just $50/month, upon availability.
5. Brochure, flyer, and business cards of members are displayed in the Chamber office available to the hundreds of visitors that walk into the office seeking local business information.
6. Bulk fax any promotional or event material. Just bring your flyer to the Chamber office and we will fax it to all chamber members.
7. Bulk mail stamp usage for your own direct mail use in mass mailing. Save money and reach current and potential customers.
8. A voice in the community as the Chamber looks out for interests as a business at the local level while providing information about local issues and projects.
9. Networking and marketing contacts can be made by working on committees, fundraisers, and Chamber sponsored events. Communicate with fellow business members, prospective clients, and visitors.
10. Sponsorships are available for all the events hosted by the Chamber. Whether you sponsor a team in our golf tournament or other Chamber events, this is a great way for you to promote your business.
11. Business After Hours and Ribbon Cutting Ceremonies provide opportunities to network with fellow business members, increase business contacts, and develop your contact base. The Chamber office sends out invitations to all members. As a member host, this allows you to “show off” your establishment and inform the fellow members of the services and/or products you provide.
12. The Annual Banquet is held to thank the previous year’s members for their support of the Rawlins-Carbon County Chamber of Commerce and to recognize outgoing and incoming board members. Awards for Member of the Year and others are given out.
13. Annual Events throughout the year are sponsored by the Chamber. These events attract new and returning visitors to Rawlins. This is a great opportunity for you to participate and promote your business.
14. Volunteer Opportunities are always available in all aspects of Chamber work. This allows you to interact with the Board of Directors, staff, and other Chamber members in events or projects of your choice.
15. Push and pull window decals are placed on your business front door to let customers and fellow businesses know that you are supporting your community.
16. Promotion of Carbon County, its amenities, and businesses from the entire region through focused advertising and marketing efforts.
