Chamber of Commerce Committees

The Chamber of Commerce is a volunteer organization of business professionals who have joined together for the purpose of promoting civic, commercial and economic growth progress in our community and county. The Chamber accomplishes its Program of Action through committees comprised of volunteer members. Below is a brief description of activities in which committees are involved.

Ambassadors Committee

• Hold monthly business after hours gatherings
• Participate in grand openings and ribbon cuttings for new businesses
• Welcome new business to the community
• Event Hosting

Finance Committee

• Review financial statements
• Collects and reports on committee’s financial activities
• Budget oversight
• Grant Development & Oversight

Communication Committee

• Website – help with providing content and information for links on the website
• Media / Publicity

Awards Banquet Committee
